Preparing for a Session

Here are some tips to prepare for your Reiki session:

  • Wear comfortable clothing – think yoga or lounge wear. You remain clothed for Reiki, so you will want to wear something that will allow you to relax
  • Drink water. Lots and lots of water. Moving energy in your body will need a hydrated body to stay happy.
  • Sometimes Reiki releases some bottled emotions. It’s ok. Tears are good.
  • Sometimes you will slip into a blissful sleepy time on the table…that’s ok too. Snoring is welcome.
